Randstad is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a fast-paced People & Culture team supporting a nationwide workforce of around 4,500 employees. You will process high-volume pay runs, manage end-to-end transactions, and ensure data accuracy across multiple payroll platforms, while working with senior payroll leaders and operational specialists.
In this role, you will interpret EBAs and awards, maintain reporting integrity, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury and HR teams to resolve issues.
