- Coordinate multi-channel marketing materials with internal specialist teams, including paid advertising, member communications, signage, on-site collateral, and direct content drafting/refinement.
- Establish a robust digital footprint for WLC, overseeing website content, SEO strategy, campaign landing pages, and smooth integration with booking and membership systems.
- Define success metrics, track campaign KPIs, monitor conversion rates, and report on ROI and membership uptake to optimize outcomes continuously.
- Deliver strategic, performance-led marketing support for major high-profile initiatives, including Lunar New Year.

- Excellent prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of guiding diverse stakeholders toward performance-led marketing outcomes.
