Randstad is seeking a Batcher in Charge to lead our concrete plant team in Townsville. You will run the plant, batch concrete safely, and help customers with orders and delivery times. Start times are very early, usually between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM, with the shift time advised by text the day before.
A valid driver's license and FEL ticket are mandatory. You will keep the site safe, check stock, complete basic reports, and lead and train other team members.
