The Role
In this role, you will be a key technical advisor across a broad portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and multi-residential projects. You will work as a collaborative partner to Tier-1 developers and leading architects, ensuring that innovative designs meet regulatory standards without losing their creative edge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert regulatory advice during the design and master-planning phases.
- Assessing building permit applications for diverse Class 2-9 structures.
- Conducting site audits and inspections to ensure alignment with the NCC and Victorian Regulations.
