As the Night Duty RN, you will step into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the safety, clinical care, and well-being of our residents when it matters most.
The Roster & Flexibility: This is a part-time position with a set fortnightly roster, but we do require flexibility across the following nights: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Key Requirements:
- Aged Care Experience: Proven experience working within the Australian Aged Care sector is essential. You understand the unique clinical and emotional needs of residents in this setting.
- RN in Charge Capability: Because this is night duty, you must be entirely comfortable and experienced acting as the RN in Charge of the facility, leading a small night team and making independent clinical decisions.
- Active AHPRA Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
