Your Role:
- Efficiently allocate technicians across urgent emergency breakdowns and planned maintenance.
- Act as the first point of contact, troubleshooting enquiries for corporate strata managers.
- Step away from the desk for 5-10 minutes daily to physically pick warehouse parts, helping you master components for accurate client quoting.
- Use simPRO to keep jobs tracked, structured, and transparent.

About You:
