About You

We are seeking an energetic, proactive and influential WHS professional who excels at building authentic relationships across all levels of business. You will enjoy being on the road, working autonomously and undertaking routine site assessments while representing the business in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with host employers to consult on safety standards, align on risk management expectations and promote safe work practices.

  • Provide strategic safety support and roll out tailored risk-prevention projects for key national accounts with some of Australia’s and the world’s most recognised businesses.
  • Engage with allied health professionals to assess functional and physical demands, support pre-employment medicals and functional capacity assessments, helping consultants match candidates to role requirements.
  • Lead thorough incident investigations and implement practical corrective action plans for all injuries, hazards, and near misses.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Formal tertiary/vocational WHS qualifications or demonstrated professional WHS experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation, standards, and practical compliance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
