On behalf of a leading, person-centred community services provider, we are seeking an Manager of Strategic Projects to join the Office of the CEO. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Projects, you will serve as the \"engine room\" for a transformative expansion phase.
As the organisation executes an ambitious strategic plan to double its service reach, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation across 13 aged care facilities and a diverse community services portfolio encompassing disability, mental health, and youth justice.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Spearhead large-scale projects and organisational reviews aligned with a high-growth strategy and the evolving legislative landscape.
