  • Civil Infrastructure Works: Undertaking a variety of civil tasks including drainage installation, concreting, paving, earthworks, and patching/asphalting.
  • Plant & Equipment Operation: Safely operating a range of civil machinery associated with road construction (e.g., tip trucks, skid steers, loaders, or rollers).
  • Site & Traffic Safety: Setting up, managing, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and OHS-compliant worksite.
  • Team Collaboration: Working cooperatively within a field crew to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Community Focus: Representing the organization in a courteous and professional manner when working in public-facing environments.

  • Plant Capability: Demonstrated ability to safely operate medium to heavy civil plant and equipment.
  • Traffic Tickets: A current Worksite Traffic Management or Traffic Controller's certificate is highly regarded but not essential.

What's on Offer?
