About the Role
We are looking for an empathetic, relationship-driven Retailer & Shopper Support Specialist to help champion the national rollout of our in-store and online rewards programme.
In this collaborative role, you will be the supportive bridge between independent store owners, POS vendors, shoppers, and our internal teams guiding retailers smoothly through onboarding and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Retailer Care & Onboarding: Provide thoughtful end-to-end account management, guiding store owners through launch and attentive post-go-live care.
- Empowering Teams: Facilitate warm, engaging training sessions so store staff feel confident and fully supported.
- Shopper & Store Happiness: Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve feedback gently and thoughtfully, ensuring high satisfaction for both retailers and shoppers.
- Collaborative Relationships: Nurture daily connections with interstate operations, store owners, technology partners, and suppliers.
- Data & Milestone Care: Maintain accurate CRM records, follow supportive outreach schedules, and share transparent progress reports with leadership.
About You
- Background: 3+ years in customer care, client onboarding, account management, or retail/FMCG environments.
- Interpersonal Strengths: Exceptional listening and communication skills, with an intuitive ability to build trust and connect with diverse partners.
- Mindset: An organised, adaptable, and caring collaborator who brings calm and poise to a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
