This high-impact hybrid role combines hands-on technical development leadership with structured end-to-end project management. What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of total ICT experience originating from a senior full stack Microsoft development background.
- 3+ years of direct end-to-end project management experience delivering software and enterprise applications.
- Proven capability managing vendor relationships and presenting roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, data engineering alignment, and RAID risk governance.
- Experience with Workday or large scale HCM systems implementation is highly regarded.
