Corporate Office Assistant
About the Opportunity
On behalf of my client, a premier and well-established wealth management firm, I am currently seeking a proactive, polished, and detail-oriented Corporate Office Assistant to join their Adelaide office.
In this role, you will represent my client as the welcoming face and operational backbone of their Adelaide practice. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, first-class experience for high-net-worth clients, while providing essential administrative, event, and facilities coordination to the local Advisory and national support teams.
Above all, my client is looking for a dedicated team player—someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing corporate environment, takes genuine pride in supporting colleagues, and enjoys contributing to a shared vision of success.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with local and national teams, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Front of House & Reception: Act as the first point of contact—greeting premium clients and visitors, managing incoming phone calls, and directing enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare rooms for executive meetings, organise catering, assist with video conferencing/AV setup, and support marketing and client event planning.
- Team & Advisory Support: Provide collaborative, team-oriented administrative assistance to Investment Advisers and Associates, including processing travel bookings and managing credit card expense claims.
- Office & Facilities Management: Oversee mail, couriers, stationery, and office supply inventory; coordinate maintenance and repairs; and maintain pristine client hospitality and kitchen areas.
Skills & Experience Required
- Team-First Mindset: A proven track record as an authentic team player who works effectively across diverse teams, communicates constructively, and backs their colleagues.
- Corporate Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk reception, corporate administration, or high-touch customer service
- Communication & Presence: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, paired with a professional business presentation.
- Organisational Acumen: Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, keen attention to detail, and the agility to adapt to shifting daily priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools, modern office software, and virtual meeting technology.
- Flexibility: Availability to occasionally accommodate flexible hours for evening client events or functions when required.
