Join a mission critical NSW government department delivering essential public services across the state. This role sits within the enterprise platform services team, driving the stability, optimisation, and operational delivery of modern cloud workplace systems.
The Role
Operating within an enterprise digital workplace program, you will provide technical administration, maintenance, and project delivery across server and desktop systems. You will act with autonomy to troubleshoot complex issues, maintain operational documentation, deploy upgrades, and ensure high availability across core cloud infrastructure.
The Tech Stack & Environment
- Microsoft 365 platform administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Identity and access management via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory
- Modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Enterprise infrastructure monitoring, patching, and security compliance
- Scripting and process automation using PowerShell
What You'll Bring
- Extensive hands‐on experience administering enterprise Windows Server and desktop environments
- Proven operational background across Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms
- Microsoft Cloud or related vendor certifications
- Strong analytical problem solving skills and experience with structured change governance
