Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards / Remuneration & Benefits Specialist for a 7-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will drive compensation and benefits programs across ANZ, supporting annual reward cycles, market benchmarking, and total rewards projects.
Your role
- Drive ANZ Remuneration & Benefits: Market-competitive compensation design, salary structures, retail bonus calculations, and annual reward cycles.
- Market Benchmarking & Insights: Conduct market analysis and salary survey submissions to keep remuneration competitive and aligned with industry trends.
- Strategic Projects: Support regional total rewards initiatives, benefits administration, and vendor management across health, leave, and retirement plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to advise on reward policies and program execution.
About you
- Experience in remuneration and benefits across Australia or New Zealand (multi-site or retail experience ideal but not necessary).
- Expertise in market benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Solid knowledge of ANZ labor statutory requirements (Enterprise Agreement experience is a plus).
