The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of designated portfolios across Victoria and Tasmania. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you’ll be the main go-to person for leadeers and employees. You’ll handle the day-to-day HR matters, give practical ER/IR advice, and keep operations running smoothly across your business units.
Your role
- Go-To HR: Be the primary contact for all portfolio people matters. Provide advice on EAs, Modern Awards, disciplinary issues, and workplace investigations.
- Partnering & Coaching: Work directly with managers to coach them through everyday people matters and challenges.
- Program & Engagement: Team up with training specialists to spot skill gaps, while running local reward, recognition, and retention programs.
- Portfolio Recruitment: Corporate hiring or your business units when roles open up.
About You
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Comfortable with occasional travel across regional Victoria and Tasmania.
- Strong, practical working knowledge of Australian IR frameworks, EAs, and Modern Awards.
