Automotive Supervisor | Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic Automotive Supervisor | Operations Manager to lead and grow an Automotive Services Business.
This role oversees safe, high-quality, and profitable service delivery-including mechanical repairs, servicing, tyres, and vehicle inspections-while leading a team of 8 direct automotive mechanics.
You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, collaborate on future product strategy, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and roster a team of 8 automotive mechanics in a culture safety-driven.

Oversee automotive mechanical and tyre operations.

Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, OEM standards, and legislative compliance.

Manage operational budgets, workforce efficiency, and profitability.

Udentify opportunities to grow commercial revenue and customer value.

Partner with internal strategy and growth teams to refine service offerings.
Requirements

Trade Qualified Automotive Mechanic / Automotive Tradesperson.

Prior experience managing staff in a workshop and the operations/fleet of the workshop.

Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
