Responsible for employing over 600 staff throughout Australia, this business is seeking experienced Site Managers due to project awards and business growth.
Roles
- Retail Complex in South-Eastern suburbs - $50M project
- Heavy Refurbishment in Melbourne CBD - $20M project
- Complex Fitout in Inner Eastern suburbs - $10M project
- Complex Fitout in Melbourne CBD - $15M project
Responsibilities
- Coordinating relevant subcontractors, stakeholders, consultants and deliveries
- Conducting pre-start/toolbox talks and doing safety walks
- Ensuring all OH&S safety measures and procedures are being upheld
- Quality assurance
- Resolving any potential disputes that may arise on-site
Requirements
- 5+ years of SiteManagement headcontractor experience
- Previous experience delivering Fitout/Refurbishment project in excess of $10M heavily favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
