We are partnering with an established organisation based in Mascot to recruit an energetic and proactive Workplace Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day office operations, amenities, and dedicated training rooms. Working autonomously on-site, you will ensure the workplace is organised, fully supplied, and ready for business each morning, while delivering reliable support across facilities and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Rooms & Events:
    • Manage booking calendars and requests across 4 training rooms, approving schedules and liaising with organisers.
    • Reconfigure room layouts for events (tables and chairs are on casters for easy setup and pack-down).
    • Receive, verify, and set out catering orders for internal meetings.
  • Office Amenities & Facilities:
    • Perform daily morning setups: stock fresh fruit, milk, and tea supplies, and ensure coffee machines are running smoothly.
    • Conduct daily floor walks to identify, report and follow up on any facilities, maintenance, or safety items.
    • Carry out daily audits and restocking of print hubs, utility areas, and stationery supplies; manage ongoing reorders.
  • Front-of-House:
    • Provide professional reception coverage for one hour daily during lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant experience in workplace services, facilities, or corporate office support.
  • A self-directed mindset with the confidence to prioritise tasks independently.
  • Punctuality and readiness for consistent 7:00 AM starts in Mascot.
  • Comfortable handling light physical tasks associated with room setups.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
