Remuneration: Above-Award Rates starting from $37.50 per hour

About The Opportunities
- Civil & Earthmoving Machine Operation: Focused primarily on operating excavators and skid steers/bobcats for site leveling, precision trenching, and bulk earthworks.
- Rural Property & Farm Infrastructure: A varied, hands‑on role combining machine operation with fencing, irrigation installation, weed spraying, slashing, and pest control.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Safe operation of excavators, bobcats, tractors, and slashing equipment.
- Daily plant pre‑starts, routine maintenance, and greasing.
- Precision trenching, site prep, and grade work.
- Constructing and repairing rural fences and boundary lines.
- Trenching and laying irrigation systems.
- Broadacre/spot chemical spraying and pest management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hours operating earthmoving equipment (excavators, bobcats, tractors, etc).
- White Card (General Construction Induction).
- Current Driver’s Licence (MR/HR class is a strong advantage).
- Chemical User / Spraying Certification (advantageous for rural property work).
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a high regard for safety.
