You will oversee financial sustainability and human resources while directly leading a diverse middle-management team of up to 10 staff members.
About You
Demonstrated experience with the following duties will benefit your success:
- Hands-on financial management, reporting, and systems development.
- Managing HR systems, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Guiding an upcoming end-to-end ERP system transition.
- Managing tax incentives, government grants, and R&D funding.
- Reviewing business contracts, insurances, and managing risk.
- Collaborating with external accountants to advise on strategic growth.
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related discipline are essential, whilst CA/CPA qualifications are highly desirable. You will possess a fun, friendly character, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to be an active part of a close-knit team.
Why join?
Offering a highly competitive salary package plus superannuation, this role is perfect for a driven leader who enjoys being deeply involved in day-to-day operations rather than delegating from afar. Our client offers a stable, team-oriented, predominantly office-based culture with occasional flexibility as needed.
We actively encourage applications from any background.
