A vacancy has recently become available for an efficient and well organised Office Administrator to support the Admin Office Manager and the Accounts team.
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday.
While the successful candidate will receive training in all aspects of the administration department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a good understanding of administration functions, with previous experience in a similar office environment and proven experience in accounts.
It's important you are also
- Computer literate and have experience with Pentana Solutions
- Proficient in Excel.
- A bright and outgoing person
- Able to multitask and organise
- Able to work in a team environment and unsupervised
Previous experience working in a dealership environment will be preferred.
