Raine & Horne Gisborne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in a full-time permanent role based in Gisborne. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties using PropertyMe, handling arrears, repairs, inspections and liaising with tenants and owners.
With support from a Leasing Consultant and admin assistance, you will grow the rent roll by generating leads and converting to new managements.
