About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our accommodation and public areas are presented to the highest standards. You'll help create a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment that enhances every guest's experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas
- Making beds, changing linen and replenishing amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
- Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
- Working closely with colleagues across the resort to deliver exceptional service
- Following health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
This role operates across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays. To be considered for this role, you must be available to work across Friday - Monday.
About You
We're looking for someone who is positive, hardworking and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You'll bring:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of a hands-on role
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality or customer service is desirable, but not essential.
