Are you passionate about exceptional dining experiences? Join our friendly & professional team as a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant in our a la carte dining outlets - Arakawa Japanese & Amici Mediterranean Restaurants.

From the vibrant Mediterranean-inspired flavours and relaxed, social atmosphere of Amici to the artistry, theatre and contemporary Japanese cuisine of Arakawa, you'll have the opportunity to work across unique restaurant experiences that celebrate fresh ingredients, exceptional service and memorable moments for our guests.

Our dynamic food & beverage team, welcome guests with a smile and play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences. From recommending dishes to delivering impeccable service, you'll be part of a passionate team that takes pride in showcasing great service and contemporary cuisine. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• From greeting to farewell, provide attentive service, interact and obtain feedback with guests
• Food & beverage table service, set up & clearing of tables
• Reconciliation the check/bill, POS & EFTPOS
• Communicating clearly with the kitchen, bar & wider team

What you'll need to be successful

• Availability & flexibility to work in multi-outlets on a 7 day rotating roster between 3.30pm-11pm, including evenings, weekends & public holidays (shift times are 3.30-9.30pm & 5-11pm)
• Current QLDRSA Certificate
• Experience working in a fast pace team environment, carrying 3 plates of food and a tray of drinks for table service
• Beverage menu knowledge of wine varieties, beer, spirits & cocktails
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills & the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner with a desire to deliver a polished & high standard of service
• Excellent personal presentation
• Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and consent to a criminal record check.
• Additionally, Applicants must confirm their ability to perform the inherent requirements of the position as outlined in theJob Task Analysis - Food & Beverageand whether any reasonable adjustments may be required.
