You'll shape strategy alongside the executive team, then get stuck into the campaigns, deals and content that bring it to life. Your mission is simple: grow the business.
Win the corporate market: build a pipeline of corporate bookings, team events, functions and company memberships that keeps our courts busy and our calendar full.
Land the big partners: secure and grow sponsorships and brand partnerships at national and venue level, and make every partner proud to be on our courts.
Build the name: make Racquet Club synonymous with padel in Australia, the first club people think of when they want to play.
Fill every court: lift utilisation across Sydney, Canberra, the Gold Coast and every new venue we open, from peak-time prime slots to quiet weekday mornings.
