About the role:

In this fast-paced member-focused role, you’ll uncover needs quickly, match members with the right assistance and insurance solutions, and deliver the kind of service that keeps people coming back. What you can expect:
- $36.13 per hour + Super + Penalty Rates
- Full-time position – 37.5 hours per week
- Rostered between 8:30AM – 5:15PM, Monday to Friday and 8:45AM – 1:15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.
This is a fixed term contract through to 11 September 2027.
About you:
Experience is great, but not essential; sales experience in a previous role is desirable, we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
