Their work is physical and fast-paced, and often carries more risk than most.

  • Help employers identify suitable duties and put effective return-to-work plans in place
  • Track scheme performance and find opportunities to improve rehabilitation outcomes across the industry

About You

You'll have experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, injury management or return to work, along with the energy, initiative and persistence to get results.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong communication skills and a practical, proactive approach
  • The confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from stable staff and trainers to medical professionals, and to keep rehabilitation on track
  • The ability to build trust with injured workers and employers in a hands-on industry

Highly regarded:

  • Knowledge of the NSW workers compensation system
  • Qualifications in injury management, rehabilitation or allied health
  • Experience in, or a passion for, the racing industry or sport more broadly, including sports injury, athlete rehabilitation or working with physically active workforces
