  • Collaborate with internal and external data teams to retrieve, enrich, segment and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the delivery of the prioritised Digital Analytics roadmap and advocate for effective digital measurement across the business
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and troubleshoot discrepancies across digital experiences and marketing performance.
  • Provide insights to improve sales and lead generation funnels.

What are we looking for in you?

You're naturally curious, commercially aware and passionate about using data to improve customer experiences. Additionally, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in digital analytics, data analysis or a related field, ideally across digital channels and customer experience environments.

  • Strong Excel and presentation capabilities, with the ability to analyse information and clearly communicate findings.
  • Experience analysing structured and unstructured data and translating findings into recommendations.
  • Understanding of A/B/N testing, personalisation and digital optimisation frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with a member-first mindset.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Science, Statistics or similar) or extensive industry experience.
  • Google Individual Qualifications (desirable).

What can we offer you?

  • A workplace culture where our people feel valued, respected and empowered
  • Work in flexible ways that meet work/life commitments and support wellbeing
  • Be part of a purpose led organisation that gives back to the WA community
  • An environment that values ongoing career development
