We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager, Advisory to provide practical, commercially focused compliance advice and subject matter expertise across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on areas including Anti-Corruption, Treating Customers Fairly, Conduct & Advice, Market Abuse, Conflicts of Interest, Privacy and Record Keeping.
- Providing compliance advice across BAU activities, escalations, initiatives and projects.
- Partnering with the business to embed regulatory requirements and effective controls.
- Supporting compliance breach and incident management.
- Advising on conflicts of interest.
- Providing input into policies, standards and regulatory change.
- Supporting audit and compliance findings.
- Delivering technical training and guidance.
- Contributing to management and Board reporting.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and industry practices.
- Helping continuously strengthen Rabobank’s compliance framework and culture.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in banking and financial services.
- Previous compliance risk management or advisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand regulatory environment.
- A relevant tertiary or industry qualification.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to turn complex requirements into practical advice.
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
