THE ROLE
Forget doing the same thing every day! You'll be right in the middle of the action, working closely with agents to bring property campaigns to life, coordinate marketing and keep the sales process running seamlessly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Bringing property campaigns to life from listing to SOLD!
- Coordinating photography, styling, floor plans, and marketing materials
- Agent marketing -organising letterbox DL cards, brochures, signboards (Printforce)
- Preparing listing presentations, brochures and property advertisements
- Managing property uploads across real estate portals
- Working closely with agents, vendors and marketing suppliers
- Coordinating sales paperwork, contracts and campaign timelines
- Supporting auctions, open homes and exciting new listings
- Keeping the sales team organised and one step ahead!
