Queensland Veterinary Specialist (QVS) is seeking two part-time Client Services Officers to join our Stafford and North Lakes hospitals. You will be the welcoming face for clients and their pets in a 24/7 setting, working a rotating roster from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Positions are 30 hours per week, with shifts across two locations. Responsibilities include managing the waiting room, high-volume emails, appointments, payments, and liaising with the clinical team.
