About the role
Our Telwater team is currently looking for Tractor Operator/ Yard Hand to join the team.
We are seeking a hard working, reliable person to work as Tractor Operator within in our boat manufacturing factory in Coomera.
This role is responsible for operating a small tractor to manoeuvre boats and trailers safely around our site.
Some general labouring across site will also be required.
This is a full time, permanent roles working 6am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday (40hrs/ week). Hourly rate is $32.01/ hour.

What we are looking for
- Ability to reverse trailers confidently.
- Willingness to learn. All training will be provided.
- Good organisational skills and good time management.
- Reliability with great attendance
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to undertake regular lifting, manual handling, and general labouring tasks
- Full Australian working rights
- Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations
