Our client is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead indirect procurement.

Your new role
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across a diverse portfolio of indirect categories.
- Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations and tender outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and statements of work.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand needs and shape sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve value, service and cost outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to support sourcing decisions.
- Learn from a category specialist while taking ownership of your own sourcing initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Procurement, sourcing or category management experience across indirect spend categories.
- Experience managing sourcing projects and negotiating contracts, whether you’re an established specialist or already working at a senior level.
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability.
- Experience managing multiple sourcing activities at once.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Indirect procurement experience is highly regarded.
- Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available).
