QuickCare is partnering with a well-established OOSH service in Campbelltown to find an experienced and passionate Second in Charge (2IC). This part-time role covers Monday to Wednesday afternoon sessions (9.5 hours per week) with room to grow, plus Vacation Care hours and potential Educational Leader responsibilities.
You will support the Coordinator, mentor educators on the floor, and step in to oversee operations when the Coordinator is away, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
