The young man who couldn't catch a bus alone last month just did it on his own. The woman who wouldn't leave the house is now cooking dinner for her housemates. And you were the one walking beside them.

WHO WE ARE
We're a Sunshine Coast disability support provider built on one big idea: every participant is the hero of their own story, and every mentor is their guide. We support people in their homes and out in the community across Buderim, Baringa, Nirimba, Currimundi and Caloundra.
We're growing, and we need 6 great people to grow with us.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Help people build real skills: cooking, budgeting, travel, routines, friendships, work.
- Get out in the community: appointments, outings, the gym, the beach, the things that make life good.
- Be the steady, calm presence on the hard days, following each person's plan.
- Celebrate the wins, big and small, and write them down so the whole team can see the progress.
- Work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts that make a real difference.

THE DETAILS
- Casual, 30-38 hours a week, immediate start.
- Permanent part-time may be offered after probation.
- Weekend and overnight availability needed.
YOU'LL NEED
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (no card, no start).
- Full open driver's licence, a reliable car and comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid and the right to work in Australia.
Bonus points for 2+ years in disability, child safety or community services, a Cert III in Individual Support, or experience supporting complex behaviour.
