Queensland Youth Services (QYS) in Mount Isa is seeking a compassionate Case Worker to support young people facing homelessness, family conflict, and related challenges. You will deliver strengths-based case management, advocacy and practical support within a multidisciplinary team.
You will develop individual support plans, coordinate referrals to housing, education and health services, and advocate for clients with agencies.
