QRIDA is seeking an experienced and proven performer responsible for managing the successful delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering measurable value to stakeholders. The role requires expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and digital delivery, with a strong focus on applying agile methodologies, human-centred design principles, and digital innovation.
As the Delivery Lead, you will plan, execute, and control digital projects and programs to achieve defined objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business needs.
- Champion human-centred design principles, ensuring digital solutions meet user needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and frameworks, including risk management and quality assurance.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
