As a Workplace Health and Safety Advisor with Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, you will provide professional health, safety and wellbeing support across the organisation. Working collaboratively with staff at all levels, you will help plan, implement and continuously improve WHS systems and practices that promote safe outcomes for both staff and patients.
Your work will directly contribute to staff wellbeing, patient safety and a strong organisational culture. You'll be part of a supportive and diverse environment, with opportunities to work across a variety of settings while building meaningful connections across the region.
Base salary of $111,99 - $121,853 p.a. Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75% and salary packaging options. 17.5% loading on annual leave.
