The role provides recovery‐oriented support in crisis spaces, inpatient and community settings, operating from Nambour General Hospital and Sunshine Coast University Hospital from 1pm to 9pm, seven days a week year‐round.
The team of peer workers and clinicians deliver short‐term support to people experiencing mental health distress, offering an alternative to the Emergency Department for non‐urgent cases.
