As part of the Rural and Remote Services directorate, you'll join a dedicated team supporting more than 30 regional, rural and remote facilities across 142,900 km, serving over 250,000 people in a largely self-sufficient health service.
About your new role: As a Rural Generalist with Advanced Obstetrics, you'll enjoy flexible and innovative rostering options.
CHHHS supports the safe and sustainable provision of Rural Maternity care by providing: Dedicated maternity shifts 7 days a week Separation of obstetric and emergency oncall Facilitated clinical supervision with the combined Rural Generalist Obstetrics team, and with the facility Midwife Group Practice team.
As a Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employee, not only will you receive a competitive base salary (total remuneration): Salary up to $281 545 per annum full time (L25 - L27)Remuneration up to $472,871 per annum full time (L25 - L27) or, Salary up to $257 932 per annum full time (L18 - L24)Remuneration up to $432,438 per annum full time (L18 - L24) or, Salary up to $192 257 per annum full time (L13)Remuneration up to $314,700 per annum full time (L13)You will also have access to: Generous superannuation (up to 12.75%)Attraction & retention allowance (up to 50% of base salary)Inaccessibility incentive allowance Professional development allowance Motor vehicle allowance Professional development leave (3.6 weeks p. a.)Private practice arrangements Salary packaging Annual incremental increases Career training and development Flexible work arrangements Wellness programs Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) evidence as required for your employment in accordance with legislation/government policy and Directives.
