Your opportunity:
- Provide strategic advice on business operations and service delivery, managing competing priorities, developing effective procedures and resolving complex operational challenges to support the school's objectives.
- Lead workforce management for school support staff, including recruitment, induction, training, performance management, staff development and succession planning, while working with the Principal to guide organisational change.
- Oversee financial management, including budget preparation, financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies and recommending improvements to financial practices.
- Manage school facilities, assets and resources, including maintenance planning, grounds improvement, contractor coordination and the effective use of technology to support the school's strategic priorities.
- Build strong relationships with school staff, parents, students and community stakeholders, promoting collaboration, interpreting departmental policies, supporting professional development and encouraging innovative practices and high-quality service delivery.
