About us:Woodridge State High School is a proud, multicultural learning community in Logan, dedicated to providing quality educational opportunities for all students.With a rich history and strong traditions, the school promotes high expectations, student empowerment and meaningful partnerships, celebrating the diversity of its approximately 1,400 students from more than 60 cultural backgrounds.Your opportunity:Lead school-wide business and corporate services, working closely with the Principal to manage operational resources, provide strategic advice and support the school's priorities and objectives.Oversee business systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, adapting procedures to meet changing requirements and resolving complex operational issues within established policies and budgets.Manage human resources for school support staff, including recruitment, performance management, staff development, workplace health and safety, payroll matters and advice on complex employee relations issues.Direct financial planning and budget management, providing strategic advice, monitoring financial performance, analysing data and ensuring resources are allocated effectively in line with school and departmental requirements.Oversee facilities management, maintenance and asset planning, contribute to the school's long-term strategic direction, and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve school operations.Please view the role descriptiojn for a full list of responsibilities.Interested?
