RoadTek, the Queensland Government's commercial road and transport infrastructure business, is seeking a Construction Worker (Supervisor) in Townsville to lead civil construction and maintenance across road projects, supervise project teams and ensure safe, efficient delivery from planning to completion.
You will coordinate labour, plant and equipment, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, mentor and develop workforce, maintain project records and support planning.
