The Dalrymple Trade Training Centre and Agricultural Farm offer a unique learning experience for our students to complement courses offered on campus.Your opportunity:Perform a variety of catering and cleaning activities to ensure the effective operations of the kitchen/canteen.Perform duties that adhere to the maintenance of safe and hygienic operations within the kitchen/canteen.Responsibilities:Food preparation and service: Prepare and serve food in line with daily menus and procedures.Customer service: Provide friendly canteen and catering service, operate the cash register and handle payments.Cleaning and hygiene: Maintain clean, hygienic food preparation, storage and dining areas.Workplace health and safety: Follow food safety and WHS procedures to ensure safe handling of food and equipment.Equipment maintenance: Report faulty or malfunctioning equipment promptly.Teamwork and development: Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training and professional development.Please refer to the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.It is a mandatory condition of this role that you possess:Working with Children Check clearance - BluecardA food safety competency/certificate.Interested?
