Your expertise will help ensure that infrastructure investments deliver safe, reliable, and long-lasting benefits for Queensland communities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of technical systems, procedures, and practices.
  • Acting as a trusted technical resource within the organisation.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing technical staff to build capability across the team.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve quality project outcomes.
  • Championing a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

You bring:

  • Strong experience in materials testing, laboratory technology, investigations, or quality assurance.
  • Sound technical knowledge and the ability to interpret testing results and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into practical advice.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and professional excellence.
  • The ability to build productive relationships and positively influence others.
