Metro North Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Geriatric and Rehabilitation Service (GARS) at STARS in Brisbane. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adults requiring rehabilitation and geriatric services, supporting health, independence and quality of life throughout their rehabilitation journey.
You will work within an interdisciplinary team, contribute to nursing assessments, implement delegated care plans.
