About us:At Bolton Clarke Sunset Ridge Residential Aged Care Home, the 30-bed Interim Care Unit provides 24-hour support for people who are medically ready to leave hospital but are not yet able to return home.Across its two wings, Seahorse (secure) and Starfish (non-secure), the team delivers ongoing maintenance care while helping patients navigate their next stage of care and prepare for a transition into a Residential Aged Care Home.
