About the Role: The role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented school environment by providing high-quality cleaning support in accordance with the approved school cleaning program and required standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Clean and sanitise windows, surfaces, toilets, sick bays, furniture, equipment and floors;
- Control cobwebs and mildew;
- Maintain outdoor paved areas;
- Remove rubbish, litter and graffiti;
- Perform general cleaning duties as directed;
- Activate and disarm security systems, and lock and unlock school buildings as required;
- Coordinate cleaning supply purchases and replacements with the Principal or Business Manager;
- Report security, safety and maintenance concerns.
