We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Mount Pleasant branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is looking for a good work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week, with the right applicant available to work additional hours as required. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Mackay region as required.

- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
