Depending on the workstream, you may support lending, CRM, digital channels, branch services, core banking, cards, data migration, or cross-program activities, working with our key technology partners VeriPark and Fiserv. Your insights will help us enhance efficiency, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business performance.

This is a full-time 18-month contract position, based on a 38-hour work week. The ideal applicant will be based in our Townsville Head Office, but applicants in Cairns and Brisbane may also be considered.

About You:

  • Good business knowledge, ideally gained in banking, financial services, or another regulated, customer-focused environment.
  • The ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, understand different perspectives, and turn complex information into something clear and useful.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels, including people who may have competing priorities or different views, and the ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and conversations.
  • Strong organisation, record keeping, follow-through, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several pieces of work at once.
  • An analytical mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes, systems, and customer or employee experiences, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, process maps, and training materials.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a practical and collaborative working style.
  • A willingness to learn Business Analysis methods and digital delivery practices if these are new to you.
